Auction Process and Buyer Information
We specialize in organizing vehicle auctions, providing greater flexibility, convenience, and transparency for both sellers and buyers.
Although we do not purchase the vehicles ourselves, we take responsibility for managing and facilitating their sale through our auction platform. Before a vehicle is offered for sale, it is carefully inspected to ensure that all relevant information is checked, documented, and accurately presented. We also verify the vehicle’s condition at the time of sale.
Registration
Registration is a simple but mandatory process for anyone wishing to participate in our auctions or use the “Buy It Now” option to purchase a vehicle at the listed price.
How the Auction Process Works
Our B2B (business-to-business) auction process is conducted professionally and with full transparency.
Once registered, customers have access to our available vehicles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can place bids on vehicles they are interested in.
We take great care in selecting and presenting the vehicles available through our platform. Each auction vehicle is inspected either by our own staff in person or by recognized independent experts at the vehicle’s location. This allows us to provide buyers with relevant information about the vehicle before they make a purchase decision.
Registration Procedure
After you complete and submit the registration form, you will receive a registration confirmation by email.
Please sign and stamp the confirmation document and return it to us by email together with the following documents:
– Company registration documents
– A current extract from the Commercial Register
– A copy of the identity card or passport of the company owner or managing director

Once your registration has been successfully reviewed and approved, you will be able to participate in our auctions and place bids on available vehicles. You may also purchase an eligible vehicle immediately by clicking the “Buy It Now” button.
Vehicle Transportation
If you successfully win an auction or purchase a vehicle through the “Buy It Now” option, we can arrange transportation directly to your address, including destinations worldwide.
We offer transportation at highly competitive rates. Transportation costs are invoiced separately from the vehicle purchase price.
Vehicle Ownership and Sale
The vehicles offered through our auctions come primarily from private owners, as well as from companies that have entrusted us with the sale of their vehicles.
We take responsibility for managing the vehicles throughout the sales process and facilitate their sale on behalf of the respective owners in accordance with our applicable terms and fees.
The buyer is required to pay the final auction price or the stated “Buy It Now” price, as applicable. Any transportation or other separately agreed services will be invoiced separately.
Payment Terms
Once a vehicle has been officially sold and the sale has been confirmed, the buyer is required to pay the invoice within a maximum of 48 calendar hours from receipt of the confirmation email.
The invoice will be issued shortly after the sale is confirmed and will contain all necessary payment details and instructions.

Third-Party Invoicing on Behalf of the Seller
Pursuant to § 14(2) of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz – UStG), an invoice may be issued by a third party “im Namen und für Rechnung des Unternehmers”, meaning in the name and for the account of the entrepreneur/seller.
Accordingly, where our auction company holds vehicles in custody and offers them for sale on behalf of private sellers or business sellers, the auction company may, subject to the appropriate authorization and contractual arrangement, handle the invoicing process for the buyer on behalf of the actual owner/seller.
In such a structure, the auction company acts as the authorized invoicing party and issues the invoice in the name and for the account of the seller. The seller therefore remains the party supplying the vehicle for VAT purposes where applicable; the auction company does not become the seller merely because it prepares and issues the invoice.
For practical purposes, the invoice may contain the name and payment/bank details (including the IBAN) of the actual seller, while the remaining administrative and transaction-related information—such as the auction company’s invoice reference, auction details, vehicle information, buyer information, and other required invoice data—is managed and presented through the auction company’s invoicing system.
The invoice should clearly identify the actual seller as the person/entity on whose behalf and for whose account the supply is made, while making clear that the auction company is acting as an authorized intermediary or invoicing agent.
This arrangement allows the auction company to centralize the auction and invoicing process while preserving the legal and economic attribution of the vehicle sale to the respective owner/seller.
The precise invoice format and VAT treatment should, however, be structured according to the seller’s status (private individual or taxable business), the applicable VAT regime for the vehicle, and the contractual authorization granted to the auction company.
